Accelerated Leadership Program (HODs)

This program aims at those who are already having strong management experience, and who are groomed to take on senior leadership roles. It focuses on transformation from the comfort of their technical specialty and manages a variety of competing priorities to ensure the sustainable performance of their organization.

 The program helps in broaden participants’ scope of vision and the sphere of influence they have cultivated in the past and helps through a transformational journey on how their leadership, decisions and behaviors impact overall wellbeing, employee engagement, organizational culture and performance.

Our learning model helps the participant to increase personal understanding and to close the gap between this individual perceptions and reality. By going through a confidential 360°feedback helps in developing a practical, personal action plan to implement immediately after the program .

Designed for : Senior Managers with over 8-10 years of experience and are groomed to take up HOD or GM position. Must be in the company for a minimum of 2 years.
