Young Leadership Program (New Hires)

Young Leadership Program This is a Campus-to-corporate program  specifically designed to enable new hires, and graduate to make the transition from the casual lifestyle of university to the corporate corridors smooth and stress-free.  It will create a sound foundation from which new they can launch their career and instil in them the ethics, attitudes and dress codes essential to become an effective member of a professional and effective corporate team member.

At the end of the program participants will gain knowledge on:

Self-Awareness: Being purposeful, focused, realistic and self-confident, and industry ready.

Social Awareness: Business relationships, business etiquette, diversity, and build work-life balance.

Corporate Awareness: Industry & market awareness, expectation mapping with the organization.
